Ms. Ula Mae Tillison
Herkimer - Ms. Ula Mae Tillison, 84, formerly of Protection Ave. passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in Valley Health Services.
She was born on Tuesday, September 19, 1933 in Cobleskill and attended schools there. Ula Mae was employed by Herkimer Industries in Herkimer for many years. She attended New Life Church in Herkimer and loved to travel.
Ula Mae is survived by her brother, Earl Tillison of Fonda; four sisters, Viola Satterly, Pam Tillison, Dawn Tillison and Patty Tillison, all of Fonda and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her special traveling companion, Frances Haskins.
Her funeral will be held Friday morning at 11:00 in New Life Church, 337 Protection Ave., Herkimer with Pastor David Hayner, officiating. Spring interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday morning from 10:00 until the time of services at the New Life Church. Contributions in Ula Mae’s memory may be made to New Life Church. Envelopes will be available at the church.
Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi & Burns Funeral Home in Herkimer.
