Ms. Marjorie J. Casler Frankfort - Ms. Marjorie J. Casler, 78, formerly of E. Main St. passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Folts Home with her family by her side. She was born in Rome on March 27, 1938, the daughter of the late John and Sarah Summerville Casler. She attended Rome schools and graduated from RFA with the class of 1955. Marjorie was a Home Manager for DDSO, Rome, NY for many years until her retirement in 1999. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Herkimer. Marjorie is survived by her beloved son and daughter in law, Paul and Shelly Vanderwerken of Frankfort; her granddaughter, Emma Vanderwerken of Frankfort; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Janis Casler of Rome; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna and Dennis McLean of Westernville and Linda and Al Finsted of FL and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 1:00 in Trinity Lutheran Church, corner of German St. and Henry St., Herkimer where her Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated by the Rev. Ann Zimmerman. Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort.
