Mr. Stephen E. Jaskowiak Frankfort - Mr. Stephen E. Jaskowiak, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 with his family by his side. He was born in Chester, PA on September 18, 1928 to the late Stephen and Sophie Jaskowiak. Dad served in the Army Air Corp for 3 years before attending Alliance College in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. It was there that he met Jane Skowron. They were married July 14, 1951 in St. Peter's and St. Paul's Catholic Church, Frankfort, NY. Jane and Steve were married for 64 years. He retired from General Electric in 1988. Steve is survived by his beloved wife Jane; children, Debi and Bob Lusiak, Steve and Joyce Jaskowiak, Karen and Jim Bazan and Andy and Carol Jaskowiak; grandchildren, Megan (Art), Lauren (Rob), Justin, Luke, Preston and Andrew; sister and brother in law, Dolores and Marv Schroder; sisters in law, Frances Reina and Marion Skowron and many caring nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his in laws, Frank and Nell and their son Robert Majewicz, Walt and Gloria Skowron, Steve Skowron and Angelo Reina. Please join us in Celebrating Dad's Mass of Christian Burial on Monday morning, March 28, 2016 at 10:30 in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, S. Frankfort St. Frankfort. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. Frankfort.
