Frankfort- Adeline Fusco Lilli, 86, of 107 Third Ave., passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital. Adeline was born in Herkimer on June 5, 1923, the daughter of the late Salvatore and Angela Cirelli Fusco and she attended Herkimer schools. She was married to Dominick F. Lilli on June 21, 1947 in St. Anthony's Church, Herkimer. Mr. Lilli passed away on September 24, 1996. She worked as a clerk for the Village of Herkimer for many years until her retirement. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, Frankfort, a member of the former St. Mary's Choir and she loved going to the casino. Adeline enjoyed reading and playing cards with her family. She always loved family gatherings. Adeline is survived by her son and daughter in law, Nicholas and Tricia Lilli of Frankfort; her beloved granddaughter Nicole Lilli; her canine grandson J.J.; two sisters and one brother in law, Emma and Nick Lanza of Herkimer and Claudine Grande of Herkimer; two brothers and sisters in law, Gregory and Olga Fusco and Anthony and Josephine Fusco, all of Herkimer; her in laws, Theresa Fusco of Herkimer, Julie Lilli of Frankfort, John Attanas of Skaneateles and Clark Workman of Florida. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of forty nine years, Dominick F. Lilli; her infant son, Nicholas S. Lilli in 1960; three brothers and one sister in law, Leonard Fusco, Orlando and his wife Mary Fusco and Arthur Fusco; three sisters and one brother in law, Brady Trimboli and her husband Fred, Marian Workman and Olina and her husband John Quinn; her in laws, Dominick Grande, Josephine and Tony Daley, Francis and Frank Kattato, Rose and Tony Corrigio, Joseph and Mamie Lilli, James Lilli and Mary Attanas. Her funeral will be held Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 12pm from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave., Frankfort and at 12:30 in Our Lady Queen Of Apostles Church. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Friday from 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Adeline's memory may be made to the Frankfort Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance, 158 S. Litchfield St., Frankfort, NY 13340. Donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Adeline's family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff on the fifth floor at St. Luke's Hospital as well as in the ICU. Thank you to Dr. Kodsy and Dr. Blom, the Frankfort Fire Department Ambulance and Schuyler Fire Department Ambulance for the care and compassion shown to Adeline during her illness and passing.
