Frankfort - Mrs. Antoinette M. Pandolf, 90, of 301 Third Ave passed away Thursday, September 24, 2009 in Hospice of Volusia/Flagler. She was born in Utica on September 24, 1919, the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Giosa Forte. She attended Utica schools and was in the first graduating class from Proctor High School with the class of 1936. She later attended and graduated from the Utica School of Commerce. She was united in marriage with Anthony J. Pandolf on July 10, 1947 in Utica. Mr. Pandolf passed away on January 14, 1987. Mrs. Pandolf was employed as a Secretary for Chicago Pneumatic, Utica for many years and was later employed as a Teachers Aide for the Frankfort Schuyler School District until her retirement in 1980. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church and a member Young At Heart Senior Citizens. Antoinette is survived by five daughters and sons in law, Sara & James Christensen of Frankfort, Barbara & Victor Stucchi of Utica, Vita & George Kissner of Tampa, FL, Jennifer & Peter Gregory of Port Orange, FL, Maribeth & Joseph Nicastro of Frankfort; her in laws, Yola & Don Jones, Sam & Marie Pandolfi, Kate Grazaidei, Mary & Sebastian Di Cesare and Ida De Carlo; 10 grandchildren, James A. & his wife, Julie Christensen, Mark J. & his wife, Diane Christensen, Victor A. and his wife, Michele Stucchi, Anthony J. & his wife, Jolene Stucchi, Richard A. Sassone, Andrea & her husband, Jared Shanks, Demetria & her husband, Brian Stevensen, Samantha and her husband, Joe Meyerer, Alyssa Nicastro and Krystina Nicastro; 14 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, Fred Forte, three sisters, Rachel Pugliese, Josephine Chard and Millie Cacciatore and a very special niece, Rosemary Cacciatore. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 2:00 pm from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort with the Deacon Peter Manno, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 4-8 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. Members of the Young at Heart Senior Citizens will meet Friday at 4:30 at the funeral home for services. Contributions in Antoinette's memory may be made to the Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
