Obituary of Marie Grace Middaugh

Frankfort - Ms. Marie Grace Middaugh, 80, of 340 Millers Grove Rd. formerly of Hurly and Kingston, NY, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 in Mohawk Valley Health Care Center with her family by her side. She was born in Modena, NY on March 15, 1934, the daughter of the late Paul and Pearl Scott Weber and she attended Hurley Schools. Marie was a Nurses Aide for Hudson Valley Senior Residence for 33 years until her retirement in 2008. She was also at one time employed at Kingston Hospital. Marie is survived by two daughters, Joanne Betley of Frankfort and Donna Middaugh of Kingston; one son, Jack Betley of Kingston; five grandchildren, James, Jason, Amanda, Dakotah and Jack, Jr.; her special friend, Darlene Raible of Stone Ridge, NY; many great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one son, Joseph Middaugh; her grandson, Jared Betley; two daughters, Dale Cassoboom and Donna Marie Betley; one brother, Paul Webster and two sisters, Ruth Slaughter and Fern Quick. Her funeral will be held privately at the convenience of her family. There will be no public calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Second Ave. Frankfort. Interment will be in Hurley Cemetery.
