Aunt Eda and Zennamo family
When a precious member of our family passes, we begin by remembering the good and joyful memories we have had ... and pray we will always know that those memories will carry us through in the days ahead. Even though, I had only a few opportunities to have met Matty , I remember well , the joking and the laughter we had with your boys and my Loving brother and sister on those occasions on Smith Place. Let no one tell you that the past is the past, Past memories are what Jesus gives to us. Its a gift from God,in order to help sooth the pain and sorry and allows us ,to be better followers of Christ.
Mom is also the sending her sympathy and love to you and the boys. God Bless!
Love ,
your nephew Joey, and Laurene

Rose, and family, I was very sorry to hear of Matty's passing. He was a great guy and I always enjoyed talking to him when I met him in Frankfort. I was shocked to hear he worked at Broadway Body for 55 years. I first met Matty when I went to Broadway Body's Christmas parties. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Rose, Cynthia, Diane, Matty, Theresa Ann and Family,
We were very saddened to hear of Uncle Matty's passing. He was a positive force for all of us who grew up as part of the Zennamo family and we will truly miss him. I will always remember his many colorful stories that were always hilarious, but contained a good deal of wisdom about life. It is true that it takes a village to raise a child, and Uncle Matty was as a larger than life member of the village that raised many of us. As we mourn losing him sooner than we would have liked, we should also celebrate his life and the positive influences he left behind in all of us. We are very sorry that we could not be there to share this with time with you.

Dear Matt & Joan, Rose and Family,
My deepest condolences, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Try and seek out the wonderful memories of a life well lived.
'Senior' was a larger than life character and will hold a special place in my memories of growing up. Whether, it was his yelling at us, or his animated story/joke telling. He was always willing to pass on his experiences and knowledge to help us grow up to be men. His meals at camp were unparalleled in flavor, only matched by his love of creating them.

Dad,
I know this is supposed to be a part of life, but never the less, losing a precious part of your being such as a parent makes even the best person question the meaning of life. I now will live with the memories and the laughs. You always had the greatest sense of humor from telling me your childhood tricks on your father to throwing a banana peel in my messy bedroom. You taught me respect even though I had to clean the outside brick wall of the Italian store after writing my name on it, ha ha. You taught me about finances and the correct way to write a check. I acquired your love for cars, your driving hard work ethic, your need for creativeness, a want to always want to look nice, and a sense of independence. I even eat the whole core of apples as you did. At your last birthday, you asked me if you were a good Dad, as if you knew your life on earth was setting. As I told you then, the answer is yes. We all make some mistakes but i will always say the good outweighs the bad and i will miss my strong, good role model Dad. I know you will watch over me from heaven and keep me strong.I love you always Dad from Theresa Ann. Your aka Viking, Indian, and tomboy daughter.

Rosa, Matt and family my heart is heavy for the loss of a wonderful beautiful most caring man I had the pleasure of knowing. The Sunday Sauce dinners up to camp to the banquet dinners of the Deerfield Fish & Game Club. Just last week Matty and Rosa came to mind as I was reflecting on the many treasured memories I have of people. Matty will be with you all for ever because he touched everyone's heart with that big smile and big heart.
