Obituary of Nancy Ann Eramo
Nancy Ann Endres-Eramo
Sun City Center, FL - Nancy Ann Endres-Eramo, 71 years, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Tampa General Hospital with her family by her side.
She was born on Thursday December 13, 1945 in Plattsburgh, the daughter of the late Peter and Marion Raymond Stratton. She attended Albany schools and graduated from Philip Schuyler High School with the class of 1965. Nancy was married to Donald Endres on August 21, 1965 in Albany. Donald passed away on May 13, 1998. She was later married to John Eramo on May 6, 2005 in Saratoga. Nancy was employed in the Billing Department at Albany School of Medicine, Albany, NY for many years. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Ballston Spa and a member of the Red Hat Society. Nancy loved gardening, especially the rose garden that John made for her. The couple moved to Florida to live in paradise and be by the water in perpetual summer.
Nancy is survived by her beloved husband, John Eramo; one son and daughter-in-law, Donald John and his wife, Suzanne Endres of Niskayuna; one daughter and son-in-law,, Mary Beth and her husband, Jay Doyle of Rotterdam; her step children, David John and his wife, Christine Eramo of Clifton Park and Tina Marie Eramo of Schenectady; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Norma and Robert Bourne of Kittery, Maine and Barb and Don Gadbois of Omaha, NB; her grandchildren, Donald John Endres, Ryleigh Endres, Jacob Doyle and Dominic Eramo; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Donna and Joseph Bonacquisti of Murrells Inlet, SC and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, November 30th at 11:00AM at Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, 501 Union St. Schenectady, with her cousin, Rev. Frank Vivacqua, officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, 1389 Central Ave, Albany. Calling Hours will be Wednesday evening from 4:00PM from 7:00PM at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, 501 Union St. Schenectady.
