Obituary of Barbara Marie Beaver
New Hartford - Ms. Barbara Marie Beaver, 66, of New Hartford, passed away, Sunday, October 7, 2019 in the comfort of her home with her loving family by her side.
Barbara was born in Hamburg, Germany on April 15, 1953, the daughter of the late Leon and Wiera Korzeniowski. She grew up in Utica and attended Utica Free Academy, graduating with the class of 1970. She was employed as a Home Health Aide with VNA Home Health in the New Hartford area for many years until her retirement in 2016.
Barbara is survived by one son and daughter in law, Jeff Coy and his wife, Jamie of Westmoreland; one daughter, Tonya Coy and her companion, Mark Smith of Utica; two brothers and two sisters in law, John Korzeniowski and his wife Eileen of Utica, Vinny Korzeniowski of Florida and Donna Korzeniowski of Indiana; and her two beloved grandchildren, Danielle Modie and Celeste Coy. She was predeceased by one brother, Richard Korzeniowski and one sister in law, Brenda Korzeniowski.
In keeping with Barbara's wishes, there will be no public services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Second Ave. Frankfort, NY 13340.
