Frankfort - Diane M. Carlberg, 64, of Frankfort passed away Monday, May 18, 2020 at home.

 

She was born in Rome, New York on September 19, 1955, the daughter of the late Pasquale and Nellie Coccagni Santillo and she attended Rome schools. She was at one time married to Les Evans and was later married to Renae Carlberg who passed away in 2016. She and Renae were the owners and operators of a trucking business in Loganville, GA for many years. Diane was also a school bus driver for the Loganville School district prior to her relocating to the area following his passing.

 

Diane is survived by one son, Brian Evans; one daughter, Kim Kloss; two sisters, Patricia and her husband, Robert Ludwig of Schuyler and Eleanor Jones of Clarks Mills and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by, Nicholas Santillo, Patsy Santillo, Joseph Santillo and Douglas Santillo.


In keeping with today’s health situation, her funeral will be private and at the convenience of her family.  Interment will be St. John’s Cemetery, Rome.

 

Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Second Avenue, Frankfort. .
