Dominick Lanza

Frankfort – Mr.  Dominick Lanza, 81, of Frankfort passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022 in with his family by his side.

He was born in Albany, New York on January 31, 1941, the son of the late Sylvester and Mattia Lanza. Dominick. H attended Frankfort schools and graduated from Frankfort Schuyler High School and later attended MVCC and received a business degree. Dominick was employed as a Sales Associate for JC Penney's Men’s Shop. He was the owner and operator of Paint and Paste for the past 36 years of serving others throughout the Mohawk Valley. The business will continue under Dominick’s son, Bruce. He was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church.

Dominick is survived by his beloved son and family, Bruce and Denise Barrett of Herkimer; two sisters, Rose Bellinger and Gloria Hallener both of Albany; his grandchildren, Matthew, David and Amber his extended family, Michael and Paula DeGeorgio; his feline pals, Chloe and Oliver and several cousins.

His funeral will be held Tuesday morning, May 3, 2022 at 10:30 am in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, S. Frankfort St., Frankfort where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Paul Catena, Pastor. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. His funeral arrangements are under the direction of the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Second Avenue, Frankfort.
