Anthony J Aiello
Frankfort – Mr. Anthony J Aiello, 65, of Frankfort passed away Monday, September 12, 2022.
He was born in Ilion, New York on October 8, 1956, the son of the late James and Carmelita Amato Aiello He attended Frankfort schools and graduated from Frankfort Schuyler High School with the class of 1974. Anthony was a Foreman in the Sign Shop of NYS DOT, Herkimer. He was a Communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church and a member of the St. Francis Di Paolo Society and NRA. His world was his children, grandchildren and family.
Anthony is survived by two sons and daughter in law, James and his wife, Regina Aiello of Scottsville VA and Michael Aiello and his fiancée, Heather Pinto of New York Mills; one brother, Vincent Aiello of Frankfort; two sisters, Paula and William Knapp of Syracuse and Sherri Aiello Evanchak and her husband, Michael of Frankfort and; his brother in law, Robert Ruffule of Frankfort; his cherished grandchildren, Nolan Aiello, Lily Aiello and Gabriella Aiello and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by two sisters, Frances Phyllis Aiello in 1954 and Gigi Aiello-Ruffule in 2016.
His funeral will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 10:30AM in the Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, S. Frankfort St. Frankfort where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Paul Catena. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. His funeral arrangements are under the direction of the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Second Avenue, Frankfort.
