Canastota - Mr. Frank Count, 88, of 405 W. Lewis St formerly of Mann St., Frankfort passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Harding Nursing Home with his family by his side.
His funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J.Iocovozzi Funeral Home Inc. 203 Second Ave., Frankfort and are incomplete at this time.
