Stephanie Zuk

Herkimer - Stephanie Zuk, 75, of Herkimer passed away peacefully, Saturday, February 4, 2023 at home.

She was born in Ostrhauderfehn, Germany on October 7, 1947, the daughter of the late Mychajlo and Melania Kudluk Zuk. The family immigrated to the United States settling in Herkimer. She attended Herkimer schools and graduated from Herkimer High School. Stephanie was employed for many years by DanDee Donuts, Herkimer, N.Y.  

Stephanie is survived by sister-in-law,  Marilyn Zuk Brookman and her husband, Lou of Herkimer; her nephews, Nathaniel and his wife, Macaul Zuk and Jonathan and his wife, Sarah Zuk; her cherished great nephews and nieces, Liam Zuk, Avery Zuk, Cole Zuk and Sonja Zuk; her cousins, Vera and John Juliano; her close friends, Linda Maneen and Darlene Cancelino.          

She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Clapper on September 9, 2002 and her brother, Steven Zuk on June 30, 2016.
  

Her funeral will be held Friday, February 10, 2023 at 4:00 PM from the V. J.  Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort where a funeral service will be celebrated by the Rev. Joseph Servello. Spring interment will be in St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday, February 10, 2023 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the V. J.  Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. 203 Second Ave., Frankfort. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi & Burns Funeral Home 329 S. Washington St., Herkimer, NY.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Stephanie's memory may be made to Herkimer County Humane Society, 514 NY-5S, Mohawk, NY 13407. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
