We have lived on Hampton Rd for 13 years and would see George and Rosalie walking the neighborhood almost daily. He was always friendly and always kind and it was obvious that he and Rosalie were so very devoted to each other. We are sorry we couldn't make the visitation and we send our sympathy. May he rest in peace.

George was my Senior Parole Officer for several years and I’ve known him for over 30 years. He was a strong leader, confident, loyal to his friends, fearless, and most importantly, he believed in God, Country and Family. George was a dynamo and friend to many. The attached photo provided by former BC Hess is of SPO Chard and Bureau Chief Smith at the range. May you rest in peace.

I will miss my Uncle. He was a loving uncle and a powerful witness for his Lord Jesus.
Those of us who know Jesus, sorrow but not like those who sorrow without hope.
Death where is your victory, death where is your sting.
Jesus has taken away the sting of death.
We shall see our loved ones in Christ again in paradise.

My Condolences to the Family of George Chard. As a Probation Officer I had dealings with George on numerous occasions. He was a kind, understanding and a knock around guy who knew how to handle people. It was a pleasure to have known George, RIP BROTHER !
