Little Falls/Oregon - Mr. Allen Lee "Popeye" Lambert, 60, of 755 E. Monroe St., formerly of Greenwood Terrace, Mohawk passed away Monday, December 20, 2010 in Bassett Health Care, Cooperstown. He was born in Little Falls on April 29, 1950, the son of the late Paul "Popeye" and Agnes Jane Laferriere Lambert and he attended Little Falls schools. As a teenager, he won a look-alike contest for his resemblance to Elvis Presley. He loved dogs, playing cards, boating and fishing. Allen is survived by two daughters, Michele Lee Lambert and Holly Lambert, both of Portland, OR; one sister and brother in law, Karen and Salvatore Stokes of Frankfort; his brother in law, Paul Mayton of Mohawk and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by one sister, Cheryl Mayton. His funeral will be held Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm in the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave., Frankfort, with Brother Ed Bick officiating. Spring interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4:30 to 7:30 pm at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc.
