Utica - FrankfortMr.Robert W. Gage, Sr., 69, of 1434 Genesee St., formerly of Higby Rd., passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Bob was born in Buffalo on July 14, 1941, the son of the late Richard and Grace Noxon Gage. He worked as an Engineer for WKTV, Utica, until his retirement after 42 Years. Bob loved listening to classical music, had a large DVD collection as well as electronics. He enjoyed his time boating on the St. Lawrence River, woodworking and most of all, spending time with his beloved grandchildren whom he was so proud of. Bob always had a sense of humor, even in bad times. Bob is survived by two daughters and one son in law, Theresa and David Foster and Jane Peters, all of Frankfort; one son and daughter in law, Robert and Denise Gage of Frankfort; one brother, Richard Gage of Brockport; and his grandchildren, David Foster, Miranda Peters, Madison Gage and Joshua Gage and several nieces, nephews and cousins. His funeral will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment was in Frankfort Center Cemetery. His funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J.Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave Frankfort. Bu family request please omit floral offerings.
