My deepest sympathy to Lisa, Mike and Dave. I grew up just a few houses away from you guys on Williams St and have fond memories of your family. Your mom was always funny and full of life and will be sorely missed by all.
I live in the Washington DC area now but on my last visit to New York I saw your mom and talked with her for quite a while about the old days.
She always made me laugh....

Your mom was my childhood friend. Your great grandmother and your great grandfather were close friends of my mom and dad, Fred and Brady Trimboli. Although I haven't stayed in touch with your mother over the years I remember your mother fondly and know that you will miss her greatly. I met Bunny through my husband Joe and became friends. We lived only a few house apart on William St in Herkimer in the 60's. I also knew you father Bing. He lived across the street from my Aunt Lila and Uncle Charlie. Many years have past, but I will always remember your mother and the good times and wonderful friend ship we had. I've been wondering why we sometimes have to go through times like this. I'm reminded of the way grapevines have to be pruned back.
Sometimes the pruning seems so severe that you wonder how the vines will ever recover. But the prunings give the roots the strength they need to grow deep and strong. When the vines recover, they bear even more fruit and have the added strength to withstand the storms and droughts. Maybe we undergo pruning times, too, and although it may seem to us that the pruning is too harsh and lasts too long, in time we emerge stronger.
And I just want you to know that whatever you're feeling and however long you go through it, you have people who care about you , who are thinking about you and praying for you, so soon you will see and have brighter days.
My thoughts and prayers are with you Lisa and the family. I hope Connor is able to hold on to the great, precious memories of Bunny and appreciate all that she was and what she brought to his life, and smile again soon.
