Mohawk - Delhi - Mrs. Mae D. Davis, 85, of 12 Catherine St, Mohawk formerly of Delhi passed away Thursday, September 4, 2008 in Folts Home. She was born in Alva, OK on February 18, 1923, the daughter of the late Emery and Della Mae Johnston Dimmick and she attended schools there. She was married to Andrew Davis on October 21, 1944 in Dallas, TX. Mr. Davis passed away on February 6, 1995. Mrs. Davis was employed for SUNY Delhi for many years and later for Delaware County Nursing Home until her retirement in 1982. Mae is survived by one daughter and son in law, Shara & Michael Morganstern of Mohawk; two sons and one daughter in law, Andrew F. & Barbara Davis III of Walton, NY and Clark Davis of Santa Rosa, CA; her grandchildren, Nancy & her husband, Raymond Williams, Michael & his wife, Tami Morganstern Jr, Andrew Cain Davis and Andrew Ferris Davis IV; her great grandchildren, Caleb Raymond Williams, Joshua Joseph Williams, Mason James Morganstern and Colin Mikel Morganstern and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her funeral will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Woodland Cemetery, Delhi. Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V. J.
