Frankfort - Mrs. Mary Coniguliaro, 94, of 131 Millers Grove Rd passed away Saturday, April 26, 2008 peacefully in her home.
She was born in Frankfort on May 6, 1913, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Frances Maneen Pianella. Mary attended Frankfort and Marcy schools. She was married to Dominick Coniguliaro on October 30, 1932 in St. Mary's Church, Frankfort. Mr. Coniguliaro passed away on September 7, 1989. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church and a member Schuyler Senior Citizens.
Mary is survived by two sons and one daughter in law, Paul Coniguliaro of West Winfield and Dominick & Pat Coniguliaro Jr of Lancaster, SC; three daughters and sons in law, Concetta & William Jones of Lanexa, VA, Frances & James Stott of Montrose, CO and Delores & Bruce Cook of Frankfort; one sister, Mildred Fletcher of Rome; two brothers and one sister in law, Joseph Pianella of Oriskany and Thomas & Ceil Pianella of Marcy; her in laws, Antoinette Pianella of Frankfort,Josephine Enea of New Hartford, Paul Conigliaro of Rochester, Antoinette Pianella of Oriskany and Hank Zembrowski of Marcy; nineteen grandchildren, thirty seven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sons, Nicholas Coniguliaro and Julius Coniguliaro three brothers, Sam Pianella, Peter Pianella and Anthony Pianella and three sisters, Sara Litchenberg, Theressa Pianella and Florence Zembrowski.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 8:30 am from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort and at 9:00 am in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by the Rev. Alfred Lamanna, pastor emeritus. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's memory may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care, 4277 Middle Settlement Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
