We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family. Frank was always such a great guy. He drove Limo one night for us to a Sanzone Distributors Dinner at Dibbles in Vernon. It was such great fun. We have seen him off and on through the years since than and we always talked about that night. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

My wife Gail & I would like to extend our condolence to Jimmy Zito & family on the passing of his father Frank. I worked for Frank along time ago when he had a small restaurant in the motel, my Mother ( Mary ) was the Hostess, Bartender & Waitress, I was the Bus Boy and my Grand Mother ( Blanch Caccia ) was the Cook, and of course Frank was the Capo ( Boss ) our claim to fame was one night the best hitter in baseball Mr. Ted Williams ate two " Very Special Steaks ' in the restaurant. My Father Maurice K. Landers knew Frank when he worked on the New York Central Line RR. WE have kept in touch thru the years and will always have good and kind thoughts about Frank - He was a dear Family Friend and will be missed by all that really knew him. Most Sincerely; Bill Landers & Family Los Angeles Ca.
