He was later married to Verna Peuser on June 24, 2006 in the Frankfort United Methodist Church. George was the owner and operator of the Mohegan Restaurant, Mohawk for many years and was later employed as a driver for Central New York Coacklines. Being a skilled mason, George loved to do masonary work for his family and friends throughout the area. George's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Nurses and staff of the Mohawk Valley Nursing Home for the wonderful care and comapssion shown to him during his illness and passing.
