Rich, Curt, and Stephanie...
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. It sounds like it was a long, hard road for her and you all traveled it with her every step of the way. The time, devotion and love you gave so willingly, I'm sure made a significant difference in her lengthy days. I so admire your never-ending visits and attention to her care. She was truly a beautiful person and I'm grateful for the time I spent with her...she was always so good to me.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all today and in the weeks ahead.
Trust your tears...Cherish your memories...And always believe in who you were together.
You each put extra love in her heart.
With heartfelt sympathy, Jackie Murphy

I would like to send my condolences to all of Martha's loved ones, especially Curt, Louis, Stephanie and Rich, as I sadly won't be able to make it to the services. I will always remember her sense of humor, kind and gentle spirit, and beautiful soul, along with her outer beauty. In years past, we had many long conversations and good times, some while hiking with Tramp and Trail and some just around the neighborhood. Her family meant so much to her and I'm sure she felt your love and caring as she spent her last days here on "her journey" as she was fond of saying. She may be on a different path now, but she will be with you always.

We lost a beautiful lady and my heart breaks because of it. She was not only my aunt, but she had been my best friend and more like my sister. We spent many hours talking laughing and sometimes crying. Our lives were so parallel in so many ways. She was always there for me when I needed her. And she knew I would be there for her. I only wish I could've been there for her at the end of her journey. Years ago, she was the one that helped me understand what grace was. Growing up feeling like I would never be good enough for Jesus to accept me, she helped me see otherwise. She was a very smart and wise woman. When I use to visit her everyone knew we would stay up most of the night talking. We always had so much to talk about. Even when I called her, I knew it would not be a short call, always 2-3 hours. I miss those. She will always have a part of my heart. I love her and will miss her so much. It is comforting to know she is with her other family that has gone on before her. And I know I will see her again someday. I am also very proud of Steph, Rich and Curt for taking such good care of her through the difficult journey that she had. It wasn't easy for them but they never gave up. Love you guys so much. May God comfort you all.

While I did not not know Stephanie and Curt's mom, I have known both Stephanie and Curt for quite some time. I just want to say how sorry I am for your loss. Having lost my dad 3 yrs ago I know how painful it can be to go through this. For both of you, I pray that each passing day makes it a little bit easier. I pray that your mom is now at peace. She would not want you to be sad. Treasure the measures you have had with her - retell the stories, laugh at the happy times and the humorous parts in your lives; embrace your families and take comfort that she is smiling down at you from heaven and will be with you in your memories and in your heart for the rest of your life.
