Dear Arial, Tori, Jeff, Lyn, and Ciko Family:
It is with deep regret and sadness that I note
the passing of Deanna. I knew her before she
married Jeff when I worked at the Magic Moment
27 years ago. I remember her sensitivity and
kindness. She will never be forgotten. Arial
and Tori...you will carry on the legacy of great
and respected woman.
Yours Respectfully,
Eric Slone

Dear Arial and Tori, I most admired your Mother's strength above all else. She would want for you to use that strength now to carry you through these difficult times. Your Mother was passionate about every task she took on in life and chose them carefully. We will miss her.

I only worked with Deanna for a few weeks at Clifton Gunderson. (I was the person who took her spot when she decided to move to Florida.) But I will always remember her for being so welcoming and helpful to me when I first started. She has left behind constant reminders of her great organization. Whenever I pick up a client to work on I see her neat & organized workpapers from years gone by. She will always be remembered. My deepest sympathy and prayers for her family.

Dear Ciko Family,
I too have many fond memories of hanging out at your house with Sharon and feeling part of the family. My mother sent me Deanna's obituary because they live in Sarasota now and would see Deanna occasionally and talk about East Herkimer. I send my love to you all and am so sorry for the loss of your beloved daughter and sister Deanna.

I am deeply saddened by Deanna's passing. I've been working with her for the past two years. Deanna was very bright and quick. When I introducted her I would say "Deanna is a Godsend to me I don't know what I'd do without her." I still don't. She will be long remembered and missed. On a more personal note: Has you know, Deanna loved to have fun. So, we played a trick on my husband. I've been saying for years that I want a convertable. He and our daugther went to visit his family up north in the summer. He left my vechle at the airport and I was driving his beloved truck. Deanna loaned me her BMW convertable and when he came home her car and his truck were side by side. His truck had a for sale sign on it. My husband was also surprised by the tattoo and ... Most of all I will remember Deanna for her dedication and love for her family, especially her mother and two daughters.

I was saddened to hear of Deanna's sudden passing. To Deanna's family, I am sorry for your loss. I knew Deanna briefly when I worked at the Magic Moment restaurant. If I had to describe her in one word, it would be gracious. She had a very sweet disposition. She was a really good accountant, and I admired her expertise in this area.
