Schuyler- Mrs. Mary Dacquino Conley, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 2, 2007 in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Utica on November 5, 1948, the daughter of Thomas and Philomena Comito Dacquino and she attended Frankfort schools. She was married to Robert W.Conley on June 10, 1967 in St. Mary of Mt Carmel Church, Utica. Bob passed away on July 5, 1998. Mary was at one time employed by Conmed and later by Fiberdyne Labs. She was presently employed as a receptionist for Amplifon Hearing Center, N. Utica.
Mary is survived by two daughters, Susanne Marie Conley and her companion, Robert Cristiano of Ilion and Michelle Anne Tyson of Newport; her mother, Philomena Dacquino of Frankfort; Mary's companion, Brett Davis; one brother, Thomas Dacquino of Albany; one sister & brother in law, Christine & William Schwerdt of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Justin Conley and his companion, Carrie Hupka, Robert Andrew Drumm, Brandon Tyson, Sarah Bernier and Abigail Phillips; one great grandson, Anthony Robert Conley; her mother in law & father in law, Esther & Kenneth Miller of Schuyler; her in laws, Daniel L. & Marilyn Conley of Newport, Patricia & Edward Lindsay of Schuyler, Kathleen M. Conley of Ilion, David R. & Cheri Conley of Floyd, Mark A. & Anna Conley of Herkimer and Kelly & Thomas Adams of Ilion; her uncle & aunts, Frank & Jane Comito of Nashville, TN, Mary Bowles and Antoinette Comito both of Erie, PA; close friends, George & Butch Gonyea of Frankfort and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Thomas Dacquino and her father in law & mother in law, Robert & Irene Conley.
Her funeral will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 am in the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort with the Rev. John Yanas, officiating. Interment will be in Oak View Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Wednesday from 4-8 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc.
Mary's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Luke's Memorial Hospital's ER, the Utica Fire Department EMT's and the employees and staff of Walmart, N. Utica for the wonderful care and compassion shown to her and them during this time.
