Mrs. Natalie M. Ozarowski
Herkimer- Mrs Natalie M. Ozarowski, 87, of 325 Stueben St formerly of Eatonville Rd. passed away Monday, May 1, 2006 in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.
She was born in Schenectady on December 24, 1918, the daughter of the late Peter and Antoinette Bursiewicz Zatonski. As a child the family relocated to Poland, Europe and she attended schools there. The family returned to the United States in September of 1938. She was married to Tadeusz Ted Ozarowski on September 3, 1960 in Schenectady. Mr. Ozarowski passed away on June 14, 1991. Natalie was employed by General Electric in Schenectady and later as a Seamstress for Joy Taylor Dress Shop, Mohawk for many years until her retirement in 1980. She was a Communicant of Sts. Anthony And Joseph Church & a member of it´s Rosary Society and a member of the Herkimer Senior Citizens and the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.
Natalie is survived by two daughters & one son in law, Stephanie Ozarowski and Marianne & Roman Zbikowski all of Herkimer; two granddaughters, Joanne Zbikowski and Dorothy Zbikowski and several in laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Zenek & Jerzy Zatonski.
Her funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 from the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home, 329 S. Washington St. Herkimer and at 10:00 in Sts. Anthony And Joseph Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Anthony Ligato, Pastor. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-8 at the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home. Members of the Rosary Society will meet Wednesday at 6:15 at the funeral home for services.
