Aunt Yolanda, Jimmy, Mamie,
I am back in Oklahoma and I still can't believe that Richard is gone. On the long trip back I kept thinking about the number of people who came to the funeral home to pay their respects. Richard touched so many lives.
I will miss Richard very much especially his smile and sense of humor. We grew up together on Sheldon Ave, he was like a brother to me.
Love, your niece and cousin.

Yolanda,Jimmy, all aunts uncles and family of our beautiful "Tibber". I am so sorry about the hurt you must be feeling with the loss of your sunshine. He loved all of you very much he always talked about his family especially you mom, he would always say moms like american express, you can't leave home without her! what a nut. His CONSTANT smile, his unbelievable wit, what a sense of humor. a beautiful summer day and he would be standing on top of the DPW truck reminding me that its going to snow in 4 months! He loved my parents Pauline and Joe. when ever i would complain about my dad he would say joanne at least you have a dad. he had great repect for my father and ended up passing on same day as my father did 3 yrs later. I think we are all still in shock that is gone. every one at the club and all. Tibber wow are we going to miss you. you are in a better place but you left us with an empty space. you will always be in my heart and that smile will never leave my mind. Hey hope you keeping my dad your dad cracking up up there!!!!

Mrs. Tripple and family, Tibber was a classmate and in our wedding 31 years ago. He will be missed by all who knew him. There isn't anyone in this town that didn't know him from the teenagers to the elders and everyone in between. There was never a time that we ran into him that we didn't get his smile and his quick wit that made us laugh.and always with a hug and a kiss.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Richard is smiling down on us and his beloved Frankfort and we know he will rest in peace.

Richard,
Thank you for being the gentleman and person that you were. I will remember you always as being a "Prince among men". Despite the situation, you were always a delight to encounter and were wonderful with my dad, Frank. He considered you one of his buddies who looked after him, and appreciated you being a friend and protector of his girls. Our family is proud to be your cousin and will deeply miss you.
Yolanda, you do a great job being the gorgeous Mother and Grandmother that you are, take comfort. Richard loved you with all his heart and will continue to protect us all from Heaven now. May God bless you and yours.

There's a little less laughter in the world today.
I am saddened by your loss. My thoughts are with you during these sorrowful times.
On my visits back to Frankfort it seems like I always ran into Tibber and had a good time catching up and sharing a joke or a story. I smile when I think of those times.
God bless you all.

Yolanda, Jimmie and family, what can I say that will take away your grief. Richard is in a much better place now. I have so many fond memories of Richard. Life seems to go by so quickly and those memories so long ago, but they stay in our heart. I will never forget Richard and the way he had of making you laugh. I have been away, it seems a lifetime, but the friendships that were formed knowing Richard will always be a part of my heart. I know that Richard will rest in peace knowing he made so many people smile. My sincerest condolences to all those that knew and loved him.

Tibber was ten years older than me so I grew up knowing his friendly smile and personality. My father, the late John Puleo Sr (R.I.P. 2000) was also in the Fire Dept. and I spent a lot of time around Tibber. The two of them shared the same birthday on May 24th. They were very close friends and always' made sure they got together every year on that day for a birthday drink. Tibber was there for us when we lost both of our parents within five months back un 2000. Tibber had a special personality that made life more enjoyable when he was around. Those who knew him know what I mean. Rest in piece my friend. Till we meet again. Jim Puleo. Knoxville, TN
