My deepest sympathies go out to the Kipper family. I remember Joe all the way back to St. Mary's School and the years through high school. I have been away from Frankfort for many years now, but the fond memories of the friendships there will last forever. Joey was always the prankster and loved for it. He is in a better place now. Those left behind are the ones left with the pain. May God guide you through your loss. Respectfully, Karen Oriole Brown
