Mrs. Eva G. Luppino
Ft. Herkimer - Mrs. Eva G. Luppino, 92, of 111 Warsaw St passed away Friday, April 15, 2005 in Little Falls Hospital.
She was born in Ft. Herkimer on June 25, 1912, the daughter of the late Martin and Mary Paparowsky Glogowski and attended Herkimer schools. She was married to Joseph A. Luppino on January 3, 1934 in Albany. Mr. Luppino passed away on September 14, 1982 Mrs. Luppino was at one time employed by Duofold, Mohawk for many years. She was a communicant of Sts. Anthony and Joseph Church.
Eva is survived by five sons & daughters in law, Anthony & Elaine Luppino of Herkimer, John & Jane Luppino of Ft. Herkimer, Frank & Carole Luppino of Ilion, Martin & Joan Luppino of Oneida Lake, Rocco & Deborah Luppino of Herkimer; three daughters and one son in law, Sissy Luppino Sherrick and Eva Healy both of Ft. Herkimer and Joann & Robert Catalina of Chittenango; one sister, Jennie Maliniak of Herkimer; two brothers & one sister in law, Steve Glogowski of Mohawk and Peter & Sue Glogowski of CA and several inlaws, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one daughter, Kathy Foley; one grandson, Anthony Michael Luppino Jr.; four brothers, Frank Glogowski, Michael Glogowski, Walter Glogowski and Edward Glogowski; one sister, Catherine Willis; one daughter in law, Diane Luppino and two sons in law, Gary Healy and Fred Sherrick.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10:15 from the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi & Burns Funeral Home, 329 S. Washington St. Herkimer and at 11:00 in St. Francis De Sales Church where a Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Mark Cunningham. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday 4-8 at the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi & Burns Funeral Home.
Eva's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the nurses and staff of the 4th floor of Little Falls Hospital Nursing Home for the wonderful care and compassion shown to her during her stay and passing.
