Frankfort - Mrs. Jennie M. Yots, 97, of 321 Second Avenue passed away Monday, January 31, 2005 in Folts Home.
She was born in Frankfort on March 2, 1907, the daughter of the late Dominick and Rosalie Loma Minosh Sr. She attended Frankfort schools and later attended Utica School of Commerce and graduated with the Class of 1923. Jennie was married to Orlando J. Yots on May 25, 1947 in St. Mary´s Church. Mr.Yots passed away on November 24, 1994. Mrs. Yots was at one time a cashier for Melrose Market and the Frankfort Bake Shop, Frankfort. She was a Communicant of the Church Of The Annunciation and a member Young At Heart Senior Citizens and the AARP.
Jennie is survived by one daughter, Elaine Juteau of Frankfort; one sister, Grace Yots of Herkimer; one brother & sister in law, Dominick & Carm Minosh of Frankfort; three grandchildren, Rayann & her husband, Jason Lawrence, David Juteau and Jason & his wife, Joann Juteau; nine great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three sisters, Florence, Anna and Mary and four brothers, Anthony, Joseph, Frank and Charles Minosh.
Her funeral will be held Thursday afternoon 1:00 PM in Church Of The Annunciation where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by the Rev. Anthony Barratt, Pastor. Spring interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours. Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort. By family request please omit floral offerings.
