To Joann’s siblings and family, I was so saddened to hear about Joann. She was my best friend in grade school and we had many good times together throughout our high school years. I’ll cherish the many memories I have of her. Walking home from school, dancing to Michael Jackson in my basement, cruising the streets of Utica in Stanley’s car, going to concerts, etc, She was a beautiful girl inside and out. I moved out of state after college so sadly it has been decades since I last saw her. But I will think of her often and the many fun times we had. My condolences to her family. -Lynn (Bailey) Matheus

There are some people that you meet in life that you will always remember. I know Joann from working at Bank of America years ago and she helped me quite a few times to gather information when needed. Joann had a great personality, very sweet, pleasant, kind and helpful.
