Nick and Matt,
I came upon a quote today that reminded me of Connie. "Many people enter your life, but a true friend leaves footprints on your heart." As we witnessed the outpouring of love and respect for Connie these past few days, we can be comforted by knowing that she touched many, many hearts. I know she will always be in mine. Nick & Matt Please accept my condolences at this time of loss. I had the pleasure of working with Connie as part of the Remington family. She was an amazing teacher and friend. Her standards were high, and her compassion was far-reaching.
I was especially blessed when she took my hand and guided me on the journey through breast cancer. She was there at one of the darkest times in my life to speak words of encouragement and wisdom.
