Marie was known for being a devout catholic and living her faith in her acts. She loved to help at church and would visit her neighbors, the sick at the hospital and nursing homes. Her hobbies which were more acts of love were baking, reading, her garden and prayer. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Marie was at one time employed by Remington Rand, Ilion and later was the owner and operator of the Smart Shop, Ilion. Following her retirement she enjoyed helping her daughter Dawn in the operation of Hill Top Green House, Frankfort for many years.
Marie's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the nurses and staff of the Masonic Care Community's Manhatten Neighborhood and especially Dr O for the wonderful care and compassion shown to her during her stay and passing.
