Obituary of Rosalie M. Stark

Frankfort - Mrs. Rosalie M. Stark, 68, of 301 S. Litchfield St passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 in Valley Health Services. She was born in Frankfort on May 24, 1939, the daughter of the late Peter and Rosalie Corrente Campulugo. She attended Frankfort schools and graduated from Frankfort Schuyler High School with the class of 1957. Rosalie was married to David B. Stark on September 20, 1958 in St. Mary's Church, Frankfort. Mr. Stark passed away on March 30, 2006. Mrs. Stark was a Substitute Teacher for Frankfort Schuyler Central School for many years. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church and a member of the Young At Heart Senior Citizens and St. Francis Di Paolo Society Aux. Rosalie is survived by one son and daughter in law, Jeffrey & Maria Stark of Herkimer; three daughters & two son in law, Kim & Rick Bernier of Frankfort, Rosalie Stark of Herkimer and Kristin & Gy Sgt Marcus Moulton USMC of Beaufort, SC; one sister, Josephine & Hale Chauvin of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Luke Perry and Holly Perry both of Ilion, Allison Ganey of Herkimer, Tyler Cummings, Kyle Moulton and Jackson Moulton all of Beaufort, SC and Rhiannon Stark of Herkimer; two great grandchildren, Andrew Perry and Jazper Perry both of Ilion; her beloved and special companion, John Tucker of Frankfort; her brother in law, Tex Caivana and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph Riscica and Michael Rolchigo and two sisters, Ann Donahue and Mary Jane Caivana. Her funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 am from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort and at 10:00 am in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by the Rev. John Yanas. Spring interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. Members of the Young At Heart Senior Citizens will meet Wednesday at 4:30 at the funeral home for services.
