Justin went to Worster, MA.and died a short time later. My Grandfather, Frank Yurkon went to Exeter, PA and your dad Stanley Urkon to Frankfort, NY. What memories you left us, cards, letters and telephone calls.

Today is May 27, 2007. I just called Jane's home and found the phone was disconnected. I am from the Cleveland, OH area for the last 44 years but I found out Jane went to school in Frankfort with my dad, Walter Enczur. He died many years ago but when my mother passed away, she was buried in the Frankfort Cemetery with my dad. I was curious if anyone remembered him and went to a few neighbors in Frankfort to see if anyone remembered the family.
Well, Jane, with her wonderful photographic memory remembered several little events that added to my genealogy information.
My husband and I visited her almost every year since when we would come back to visit Utica.
She was a very special person to me because she filled in some area of my dad's early life. She told me that my dad hung around with her cousin Tony and worked at the liquor store.
I told her she could have written the Frankfort Town History for preservation.
I will truly miss her.
