Mrs. Long worked as a Nurses Aide at Herkimer Memorial Hospital, Mohawk Valley General Hospital. Mohawk Valley Nursing Home and lastly for Little Falls Hospital until her retirement in 1996. She was a true angel to all those she cared for. For many years she was an Election Inspector for Herkimer's District 4. Roseanne was a wonderful and loving mother who welcomed all her children's friends into her home. She was an avid hockey fan and especially enjoyed Clinton Comets games. Roseanne was a warm, cheerful and beautiful personwho was loved by all and will be greatly missed by all those who were fortunate enough to know her. "For some we loved, the loveliest and the best, That from His vintage rolling time hath prest, Have drunk from their cup a round or two before, And one by one crept silently to rest." May God bless her soul.
